| I've been getting some quotes for the airport parking at Manchester Airport. I used the money saving expert site and the cheapest deal is with First Response Parking, it only works out at 22.91 per car for 8 days parking. Just wondering whether anyone has used this car park before?
Last time we went away we flew from Liverpool so I've not had experience at parking at Manchester. My friend was up for parking onsite but some of the onsite car parks had a longer transfer time to the airport terminal and were more expensive. This sounds like a really good deal as the next cheapest I can find start from 32.99.

| The last 2 years we have used MIA secure. It does cost more ( about £40 ) - but I think well worth the money. When 10 mins from the airport, you ring them and they will be waiting outside the departure doors. They take your keys and take the car to a secure car park for the duration. On return, ring them as soon as you collect baggage - and they are right outside with your car - excellent service

| Thanks for your help guys, beech that service sounds amazing, but we are trying to keep the costs down and as we are going to need two cars for our group it may work out quite expensive.
DB - your site came out at 35.99 which isn't bad but didn't get it quite as cheap as my little deal! Thanks for the advice though. |

| We used APH Parking off site at Luton in May, 11 days worked out at about £54. Park up your car , then a bus takes you to the Airport & picks you up on the return. _________________ Mick

when wanting parking near an event and some of our drivers have also used the site for holiday parking and book a local taxi company to collect them (I have number in Sth Shields that is reliable)

| Well, I think I will go for this deal, 22.91 per car - and checked the reviews which sound impressive. We've got no kids with us either so should be fine. I shall let you know how it goes for future MF members. It would be lovely to go for the luxury option but it bumps the cost up and I'd rather spend the extra on the holiday.
Just so you know - I extended the time frame on the parking, it only affected the price by pence so I've decided to book the car in from 10am on the 27th (flight departs at 13.55) and arrives back in at 02.20am on the 5th so I've extended the booking to 10am on the 5th to cover any delays etc.
11 weeks, 6 days to go! Sorry I'm going to be unbearable!
